Alberta L. Laco

82 year old, Alberta L. Laco of Rensselaer passed away March 3, 2014.

On November 2, 1931, Alberta was born to Ernest and Stella (nee: Cox) Qualls in Granite City, Illinois. Alberta was a printer for Graphic Arts in Chicago, Illinois.

Alberta is survived by her children: Virginia (Richard) Waszak, Violet (Ricky) Fuller, Gisele Ortiz, many grandchildren, even more great-grandchildren, and many more great-great-grandchildren. One brother also survives: Lonnie (Barb) Qualls.

Alberta was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son: Paul Dean Laco, 2 daughters: Helen Mahaffey & Valinda Chaiyadej, and 2 sisters: Ruth & Betty.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday, March 6, 2014 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Chapel side services will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, Illinois at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 7, 2014.
