12 day old, Aubrey Hamstra-Myers, passed away November 5, 2011 at Oaklawn, Illinois. On October 24, 2011, Aubrey and her twin Kate were born to Alicia (nee: Cramer) Hamstra and Brendan Myers in Crown Point, Indiana.

Aubrey is survived by her parents Alicia & Brendan, sister: Kate, grandparents: Ed & Marci Myers, and Mary Cramer.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday, November 9, 2011, from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Aubrey will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will take place in the Holland Cemetery, DeMotte, Indiana.
