Ayden Michael Zylstra

Ayden Michael Zylstra, 3 months old, of Wheatfield, passed away March 5, 2017.

On December 11, 2016, Ayden was born to Dannae Yozman-Zylstra at Porter Regional Hospital.

Ayden is survived by his mother: Dannae Yozman-Zylstra, grandparents: Mike & Linda Yozman, uncles: Bryce (Skylar) Fox, Daniel Yozman, cousin: Connor Fox.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. with a 6:30 p.m. service on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Grace Fellowship Church, DeMotte.
