Barbara Dawdy

82 year old, Barbara Dawdy of Holland, Michigan, formerly of DeMotte, Indiana passed away July 7, 2016.

On June 30, 1934, Barbara was born to Gerritt and Leona Lucille (Kooy) Bennema in DeMotte, Indiana. Barbara was a RN (registered nurse). On July 1958, she married Arthur Beaupre Dawdy in DeMotte at the American Reformed Church.

Barbara is survived by her children: Paul A. Dawdy, Evan R. Dawdy, and daughter-in-law: Janna Dawdy, brother-in-laws: Sandra (William) Grew and William Walstra.

Arthur and Barbara have some extended family: Eng Sam Funke (Jeffrey), Phin Sam, Sopheap Sam Hettinga (Aaron) and Vannak Sam (Pho Bo).

Private family graveside services will take place on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Holland Cemetery, DeMotte, Indiana.
