Beverly Ann Puclik

78 year old, Beverly Ann Puclik, of Wheatfield, passed away March 22, 2018 at her home.

On June 22, 1939, Beverly was born near Turtle Mountain, North Dakota to Alex and Lucille (Desharley) LaFontaine. She worked for Time Magazine as an Administrative Assistant, and later worked for St. James Hospital in Chicago Heights as an Administrative Assistant.

Beverly is survived by her loving son: Mike Chavez fiancé Jamie Schuldt, and 4 grandchildren.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers.

Per Beverly’s wishes cremation will take place.

Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana has been entrusted with these arrangements.
