Brian Dean Stalbaum

49 year old, Brian Dean Stalbaum, of DeMotte formerly of Tefft passed away September 11, 2008.  On May 10, 1959, he was born in Biloxi, Mississippi to Dean and Marjorie (nee: Peregrine) Hargis.  He graduated from Kankakee Valley High School after which he became a welder with Chief Industries of Rensselaer, IN.  He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Stalbaum, his mother, Marjorie Lagestee, one sister, Brenda (Gary) Stalbaum-Martin, three brothers, Bruce, John & Michele, Jason & Sara Stalbaum, his father, Dean Hargis, and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by 2 step-fathers, John Stalbaum and Ed Lagestee.  Friends are invited to visit with the family on Sunday, September 14, 2008 from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Boersma Funeral Home.  Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 15, 2008 at the Wheatfield Pentecostal Church of God with Pastor Eveston Risner officiating.  Interment will follow at the DeMotte Cemetery.
