Chris V. DeBoard

46 year old, Christopher V. DeBoard of Wheatfield, passed away May 14, 2013.

On January 4, 1967 Christopher was born to Bufford and Loella (nee: Conley) DeBoard in Rensselaer, Indiana. Chris was a forklift driver for Crown Brick in Crown Point. He married Stephanie Songer in 2011.

Christopher is survived by his wife: Stephanie, daughters: Kyra (Mike) Nunez, Brandi DeBoard, Brianna Stahl, grandchildren: Aaralynn & Dalicia Nunez, mother: Loella DeBoard, siblings: Anthony (Beverly) DeBoard, Lisa (Jose) Alcantar, Gwendolyn Wylie, Melanie (John) Krygowski, father & mother-in-law: Jeff & Karen Songer.

Christopher was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, and one niece.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 1:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Christopher V. DeBoard will take place on Sunday evening at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Ken Patrick officiating at the funeral home. Graveside services at the Holland Cemetery will take place on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
