Conroy Craft

100 year old, Conroy Craft of Rensselear passed away July 3, 2015 at his home with his loving family around him.

Conroy was born in Salyersville, Kentucky on February 11, 1915, to Warne & Bell (Jackson) Craft. On December 24, 1938, Conroy married Vesta Lovely in Salyersville, Kentucky. They later moved to Indiana in 1940. Conroy worked as a carpenter for the union.

Conroy is survived by his children: Delbert (Daisey) Craft, Menifee (Debra Adams) Craft, Barbara (John) Drew, Roy (Katherine) Craft, 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchilren.

Conroy was preceded in death by his wife: Vesta, 2 grandchildren: Heather & David, 2 brothers: Alvin & Charles, 3 sisters: Judy, Reva, & Lizzie Bea.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Conroy will take place at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2015 with Pastors Johnny Miller and James Rowe officiating. Interment will take place at the Wheatfield Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Unity Hospice.
