Corey J. Holm-Hansen

19 year old, Corey J. Holm-Hansen, of DeMotte, passed away August 4, 2018.

On November 3, 1998 in Crown Point, Indiana, Corey was born to Shawn Holm-Hansen and Julie (Curless) Holm-Hansen. He graduated from Covenant Christian. Corey was a mechanic for TMS International and Local #150 Operating Engineers and RUIM Equipment. Corey was a member of First Christian Reformed Church. Corey was involved with Boy Scouts, and participated in Golf for 2 years at Covenant Christian High School. Corey’s hobbies included target shooting, 4-wheeling, and video games.

Corey is survived by his parents: mother: Julie, father: Shawn, sister: Alexandria (Derek) Anderson, grandparents: Brad & Janis Holm-Hansen, Tim & Janet Curless, great-grandmothers: Doris Curless and Evelyn Musch.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 4:00 until 8:00 at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Corey will take place at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 9, 2018, at First Christian Reformed Church with Pastor Laryn Zoerhof officiating. Interment will follow at the Holland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
