Darlene Stephens

71 year old, Darlene Stephens of Medaryville, passed away September 16, 2009.

On January 30, 1938, Darlene was born to Andy and Birdie (nee: Allen) Stephens. She was a lifetime area resident. Darlene loved being a home maker and taking care of her children. She attended the Goodway Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children: Roger (Crystal) Bailey, Beulah (Daryl) Moore, Susie Bailey, Debbie Beam, Justin Stephens, and 9 grandchildren and brother Clifford Stephens.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Clifford, and 4 brothers.

Friends are invited to visit with the family at the Goodway Baptist Church on Monday, September 21, 2009 from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. (EST). Services will take place at the church on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at 10:00 am (EST) with Pastor James Rowe officiating. Interment will take place at the Goodway Baptist Church Cemetery.
