Debbra L. Echterling-Daniels

63 year old, Debbra L. Echterling-Daniels of Rensselaer passed away April 23, 2017 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer.

On January 27, 1954, Debbra was born to Julian and Barbara (Hardesty) Echterling in Gary, Indiana. Debbra was a graduate of North Newton High School class of 1972. Debbra worked for the Indiana State Police in their Motor Carrier Division, she retired in 2002. She was a member of Sorrowful Mother Catholic Church.

Debbra is survived by her loving family: husband: Tony, parents: Julian & Barbara Echterling, children: Merriah (Cory) Grandchamp, Anthony ‘Scott’ Daniels, & Megan Debeneditto, 5 grandchildren, and siblings: Leon Echterling, Kevin (Brenda) Echterling, Scott (Bibiane) Echterling, & John (Judy) Echterling.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Debbra will take place at the funeral home at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday with Father Paul Cochran officiating.

Per Debbra’s wishes cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice.
