Dorothy J. Jungels

93-year-old Dorothy J. Jungels, of Wheatfield, passed away on January 28, 2023.

On November 9, 1929, Dorothy was born to John Carey and Bertha Lucille (Rannie) Pearce in New Buffalo, Michigan. In 1947, she married the love of her life, Frank E. Jungels. They had 4 children: Larry, Doris, David, and Roger. Dorothy was an administrative assistant at Porter Memorial Hospital for many years. She attended Kniman United Methodist Church. Dorothy enjoyed spending time in her garden, knitting, and spending time with family and friends.

Dorothy is survived by her grandchildren: Wayne Jungels, Josh Jungels, Janel Jungels, Austin Jungels, and Jerry Tomlinson along with many great-grandchildren.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, and children: Doris Tomlinson, Roger Jungels, David Jungels, and Larry Jungels.

Graveside services for Dorothy Jungels will take place on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Rensselaer, Indiana.
