Emma G. Schultz

72 year old, Emma G. Schultz of Rensselaer passed away May 2, 2017.

On April 26, 1945, Emma was born to Marion and Edell (Thomas) Wright in DeMotte, Indiana. Emma was a full-time mother, grandmother and enjoyed part-time bartending at the Rensselaer Moose & VFW. She was a member of the Rensselaer Moose and VFW. She attended the Brushwood United Methodist Church.

Emma is survived by her fiancé: Philip Marlin, children: Sandra Knebel, Lisa Bachman, Larry Bachman Jr., Judi (George) Schultz, and Michelle (Billy) Allen, 16 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

Emma was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers, and 2 sisters.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 (noon) p.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Emma will take place at the funeral home at 12:00 noon with Pastor Roger Knebel officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Rensselaer, Indiana.
