Guadalupe 'Lupe' Hinch

63 year old, Guadalupe ‘Lupe’ Hinch, of Thayer, passed away December 5, 2018 at her home with her loving family around her.

On May 24, 1955, Lupe was born to Joseph & Mary Helen (Rios) Carrillo, in East Chicago, Indiana. Lupe married the love of her life, Richard Hinch, on November 19, 1975. She enjoyed raising her children and being a volunteer fire fighter for Lincoln Township Fire. She was a member of the Women’s Auxilary American Legion Post #231.

Lupe is survived by her loving family: husband: Richard, sons: Robert Hinch, Michael (Valerie) Hinch, 4 grandchildren: Brandon Mislan, Haley Todd, Megan Hinch, & Danielle Hinch, 2 sisters, and 4 brothers.

Lupe was preceded in death by her parents, and sister: Vicky Mosley.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, December 10, 2018, at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Lupe, will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Boersma Funeral Home, interment will follow at the Roselawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lincoln Township Fire Department.
