Hanley Jewel Chapman

81 year old, Hanley Jewel Chapman, of Wheatfield, passed away January 3, 2020 at home with his loving family around him.

On September 11, 1938, Hanley was born to Moxley and Gradie (Simpson) Chapman in Kentucky. He worked for Ford Motor Company Stamping Plant.

Hanley is survived by his children: Vohana (Ronnie) Breneman, Hanley W. (Candi) Chapman, Shelton R. (Cindy) Chapman, Sherry (Andy) Musgrave, Crissy (Larry) Hardy, and Carol Sue Chapman, 20+ grandchildren, and multiple great-grandchildren, and siblings: Phillip Chapman, Wanda Sumral, Billy Harrell, Ennie Lee Harrell, Ruby May Oakes, Janice Sue Clinton, Charles Ray Harrell, William Harrell and Stephen C. Harrell.

Hanley was preceded in death by his parents, grandson: Joseph Lee Breneman, granddaughter: Stephanie Elizabeth Bolen, and siblings: Marlene Chapman, Shorty Chapman, Barbara Davis, Martha K. Brooks, W.C. Khellum Jr., and JB Harrell.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at his daughter Vohana’s home for immediate family.
