Harry Will Sr

74 year old, Harry E. Will Sr., of Wheatfield, passed away June 25, 2006 at Canterbury Health Care Facility in Valparaiso.

On July 29, 1931, he was born to Walter and Nancy (nee: Carmen) Will in Kentucky.  On October 20, 1951, he married Helen Lysek in Chesterton.  Harry was a parts deliverer for the service department at Heuring Ford for 31 years.  He retired in July of 2005.  He was in the U.S. Army, 101st Airborne during the Korean Conflict. 

Harry is survived by his loving wife, Helen, son, Harry E. Will Jr., daughter, Linda & Nick Vorkapich, four grandchildren, Nicholas and Jennifer Vorkapich, Melissa and Timothy Greiger, Harry Will III, Lynn & Jody Gordon and three great-grandchildren, Dylan, Dakota, and Nicholas, two sisters, Anna (Buel) Scott and Peggy (Ivan) Cole.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, In.  Services for Harry E. Will Sr., will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at the Boersma Funeral Home, where words of comfort will be offered by family and friends.

Interment will be in the Wheatfield Cemetery.
