Henry B. Dahm Sr.

81 year old, Henry B. Dahm Sr., of Wheatfield, passed away May 16, 2024, at his home.

On April 6, 1943, Henry was born to Henry and Henrietta (Berghorst) Dahm, in Jasper County, Indiana. Henry graduated from Wheatfield High School, class of 1962. He married the love of his life, Beverly May Hamstra on March 17, 1962, in DeMotte, Indiana. Henry was a farmer, and a Local #150 operator. He liked to go fishing and travel. He also enjoyed spending time with family, and watching his grandkids sporting events. He was a member of Bethel Christian Reformed Church.

Henry is survived by his loving family: children: Henry Jr. (Jill) Dahm, Richard (Liz) Dahm, 7 grandchildren: Jessica (Nathin) Peters, Henry Joshua (Katie) Dahm, Jenna (Joel) Birky, Justin (Erin) Dahm, Evan Dahm, Emily Dahm, William H. (Danielle) Recker, 6 great-grandchildren, and sister: Carolyn Belstra, son-in-law: William G. Recker.

Henry was preceded in death by his parents, wife: Beverly, and daughter: Debra Recker.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at the Bethel Christian Reformed Church, DeMotte, Indiana. Services for Henry will take place at the church at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Wednesday, with Pastor Jim Alblas officiating. Interment will follow at the Holland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bethel Christian Reformed Church.
