James O. Davis

60 year old James O. Davis, of Winamac formerly of Wheatfield, passed away May 1, 2006.  On July 24, 1945, James was born to John and Hazel (nee: Collins) Davis. 

He was a self-employed mechanic.

Survivors are Ethel Davis, Lisa & Charles Vonville, James & Tabitha Davis, and LeAnn Davis Lewis, 9 grandchildren, 4 brothers, and 5 sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 1 sister.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday, May 4, 2006 from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. (CST), at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove Street, Wheatfield, Indiana.  Services for James will be on Friday, May 5, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. (CST) at the funeral home, with Pastor Roger Sculley officiating.  Interment will take place at the DeMotte Cemetery, DeMotte, Indiana.
