James Larry Foster

64 year old, James Larry Foster, of Rensselaer, passed away on December 21, 2025.

On December 23, 1960, Larry was born to James Foster and Marilyn “Patches” (Head) Reed in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Mishawaka High School. Larry worked as an over the road trucker for Big G Express. He enjoyed dirt track racking, both driving and watching, and collected Dale Earnhardt merchandise. Larry was a fisherman, who had a good time whether he was catching anything or not. He enjoyed camping, and loved when Sarah and Ryleigh would visit and ride all over the countryside on the golf carts.

Larry is survived by his brother: Richard Dillion, many nieces and nephews, and his beloved friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather: Edward Reed, brothers: Timothy Foster, Dale Foster, and sister: Linnie Wilburn.

Per Larry’s wishes cremation will take place.
