James W. Myers Jr.

James W. Myers Jr., 55 years old, of Rensselaer passed away July 31, 2015.

On December 15, 1959, James was born to James Sr. and Patricia (Neely) Myers in Rensselaer, Indiana. Jim graduated from Kankakee Valley High School in 1978 and went on to graduate from Ball State University. He worked for Funk Seeds as a salesman. He is a past member of the Eagles & Moose lodges of Rensselear. 

He married the love of his life Tammy Hartley in Rensselaer.         

James is survived by his loving family; wife: Tammy, daughter: Jamie Lushbaugh, siblings: Melvin Myers & Sheila Sellers and many nieces and nephews.

James was preceded in death by his parents: James Sr & Patricia, and one sister: Susan Myers.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Jim will take place at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. with family and friends officiating. Interment will take place at the Osborne Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
