James R Paschke

72 year old, James R. Paschke, of Rensselaer, passed away with his loving family around him on November 20, 2022.

James was born on June 1, 1950, in Chicago, Illinois, to Edward Sr., and Irma (Essick) Paschke. James served in the U.S. Army. James married the love of his life, Dorothy Conrad on July 1, 1972, in Chicago, Illinois. James worked as a warehouse maintenance/truck driver. He enjoyed the ‘triple P’: pot, pets, and people. He was a master frisbee player.

James is survived by his loving family: wife: Dorothy, children: Vanessa (Rob) Paschke-Jefferson, Ian (Kris) Paschke, Aaron Paschke, two grandchildren: Trent Jefferson, and Kristian Jefferson, sisters: Amenda ‘Penny’ Frees, Dottie LaFrance, and Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

James was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters: Hollie, Tammy, and two brothers: David and Edward Jr.

A Celebration of Life will take place at the Brushwood United Methodist Church at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on December 3, 2022, with Pastor Susan Martin.
