James S. Sanders

74 year old, James S. Sanders, of Wheatfield, passed away March 6, 2024, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis, as a result of a tragic auto accident.

On August 24, 1949, James was born to Spalding and Marilyn (Glines) Sanders, in Chicago, Illinois. James graduated from high school, and was a mechanic by trade. He loved working on cars.

James is survived by his children: James J. (Kathleen) Sanders, and John J. Sanders, 2 grandchildren, and siblings: Karen (Chuck) Sanders, Jill Brazinsky, and Kim (Jim) Sasek.

James was preceded in death by his daughter: Kristin Sanders, parents: Spalding and Marilyn, siblings: Kurt Sanders, Jack Sanders, Gail Sanders, and LonniAnn Sanders.

Per James’ wishes cremation will take place.
