Jane E. Earp

77 year old, Jane E. Earp of Wheatfield, passed away April 1, 2015 with her loving family around her.

On January 11, 1938, in Gary, Indiana Jane was born to Gerald and Mary (Bessette) Halsted. On  July 16, 1960, Mary married the love of her life, Thomas Earp in Crown Point, Indiana. Jane worked as a substitute teacher for the Crown Point Schools for 15+ years. She was a member of the Country Cut-ups Quilt Club.

Jane is survived by her loving family: husband: Thomas, children: Linda ( John) Misch, Marc (Sandy) Earp, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson, and 1 brother and 3 sisters.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister.

Per Jane’s wishes cremation will take place.
