Jerrell W Gray

81 year old, Jerrell W Gray, of Rensselaer, passed away September 10, 2024 at his home with his loving family around him.

On October 2, 1942, Jerrell was born to Clifford Gray and Dora (Cross) Burgner, in Evansville, Indiana. He married the love of his life, Tonjua Murphy on August 20, 1982, in Evansville, Indiana. Jerrell worked as a maintenance mechanic for White Castle and was the owner of T&J General Repair and Electric. He enjoyed building RC model airplanes, playing guitar, and tinkering on cars.

Jerrell is survived by his beloved wife: Tonjua, children: Elizabeth Gray, Randall Gray, Christina (Brad) Hoaks, 5 grandchildren, and his fur baby: Issabelle.

Jerrell was preceded in death by his parents, and son: Dennis Gray.

Per Jerrell’s wishes cremation will take place.
