Our prayers are with Iran and the family. Joan was a special lady that wouldn't hesitate to let you know her thoughts. It was very evident that Iran and her shared a special love and respect. She will be missed.

Thanks for allowing us to be in your life. You are a lasting treasure to us in so many ways. You showed us the rewards of taking cruises not for the destination, but for being with traveling companions. Together we had many an adventure in the places we went and explored and fun things we did aboard the ships. Yet when the day was done who we were with was always the great part of the journey.
All we can say is thanks and we love you.

I met momma joan the first time 5 yrs ago, at their family reunion. I was introduced as her son Joe Watson's new girlfriend. I was very nervous as you can imagine meeting the parents for the first time. Over the course of the next 5 years she excepted me has part of the family and treated me as I had been forever. She would always say to me every time she seen me, where were your 20 yrs ago! I knew I loved her from the very first time I met here. I only wish had had more years to spend with her. She had a heart of gold and would give the shirt off her back if you needed it. She was a amazing woman that has touched so many lives, she will be truly missed by everyone that ever had the chance to meet her. Rest in heaven momma joan, save me some chardonnay so we can have a toast when I get there.

As we all cruised the seas, we met many people but a few become true friends. You hold a piece of each of your Cruise Buddies hearts. We will miss your smile, your quick puns, and kindness. Anchors away.
