Joan M. Hinman

89 year old, Joan M. Hinman, of Francesville, passed away August 5, 2018.

On Marcy 26, 1929, Joan was born to E. P. and Susie (Bradley) Joseph in Jackson, Kentucky. On November 19, 1947, Joan married the love of her life, John J. Hinman in Indianapolis, Indiana. Joan work as a RCA factory worker for almost 16 years.

Joan is survived by her loving family: children: Valerie (Ken) Brook, Rick (Paula) Hinman, Wayne (Sue) Hinman, 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren and brother: Elijah (Betty) Joseph.

Joan was preceded in death by her husband: John, sons: David and Bob, 3 grandchildren, 7 sisters, and 10 brothers.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. (CST-noon) on Friday, August 10, 2018 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Joan will take place at the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. (CST-noon) with Pastor Jason Horn officiating. Interment will follow at the Independence Cemetery.
