Josh C. Howard

31 years old, Joshua C. Howard, of Rensselaer, passed away October 7, 2011.

On July 15, 1980, Joshua was born to Rodney & Kathy (nee: Stansberry) Howard Sr. in Valparaiso, Indiana. Rodney was a lifetime area resident of the Rensselaer and Monon areas. He worked as a factory worker for Con-Agra.

Joshua is survived by his parents: Rodney & Kathy Howard Sr., sister: Nina Serrano, brothers: Rodney & Erin Ann Howard Jr. & Dustin Howard & Fiancé Erin Cowger, nephews: Timothy Swickard and Loghan Howard, and niece: Amanda Swickard.

Joshua was preceded in death by his grandparents: Vollie & Martha Whitaker, Ed Howard, Ethel Mae Howard-Fischer & Walt Fischer.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. A family and friends service will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home on Tuesday.

Graveside services will take place on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wheatfield Cemetery with Pastor Scott Howard officiating.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
