Judith 'Judie' Czlonka

79 year old, Judith ‘Judie’ Czlonka, of Wheatfield passed away March 28, 2019 at her home with her loving family around her.

On October 23, 1939, in Kankakee, Illinois, Judie was born to Harold and Lucile (Siefert) Nelson. Judie was a real-estate agent/broker associate.

Judie is survived by her loving family: children: Scott Czlonka and Vicki Anello, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren, and brother: Gary (Sharon) Nelson.

Judie was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Ron Czlonka, and son: Rod Czlonka, brother: Rodney Nelson.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Judie will take place on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. with Father Dennis Faker officiating.

Per Judie’s wishes cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the funeral home.
