Judy Pate

78 year old, Judy Pate, of Wheatfield, passed away March 23, 2026.

On December 31, 1944, Judy was born to Dale Sr. and Mary (Tilton) Garling, in Rensselaer, Indiana. Married the love of her life, James Pate, on April 14, 1973, who preceded her. Judy enjoyed flowers, doing puzzles, reading, and word puzzles.

Judy is survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, husband: James Pate, and siblings: Carma Jean McMahan, Janice Fay Stansberry, John Garling, Dale Garling Jr., and Robert Garling.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2026, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove Street, Wheatfield, Indiana. A Graveside Service for Judy will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at the Wheatfield Cemetery.
