Karen Knoblock

65 year old, Karen M. Knoblock, of DeMotte, passed away August 29, 2026, with her loving family around her.

On February 26, 1961, in Lake County, Indiana, Karen was born to: Walter Long and Willomae (Morgan) Raker. She enjoyed being a homemaker, cook, and especially her grandchildren. She liked to fish. Karen enjoyed making her flower garden look amazing, and watching her Packers play. She loved going to Wisconsin every chance she had with her children for vacations and to see her Wisconsin family and to reminisce on the old days.

Karen is survived by her children: George (Samie) Knoblock, Jessica (Christopher) Knoblock, 5 grandchildren, and sister: Lisa (Ronnie) Friant.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 siblings: Anita Benton, & Michael Long.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday, September 4, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 3:00 p.m. at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. A Family & Friends service will take place at 3:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
