Lora V. Cox

53 year old, Lora V. Cox, of Rensselaer passed away January 29, 2019 with her loving family around her.

On October 22, 1965, Lora was born to Vollie and Martha (Stansberry) Whitaker Jr. in Rensselaer, Indiana. Lora graduated from Rensselaer High School.

Lora is survived by her daughter: Destany Howard and significant other:  Jacob Jenkins, 3 granddaughters: Paityn, Emma, Natalie, siblings: Kathy, Donna, Pam, Marty, Cindy, Carol, Vera, Vickie & Kim, and Lora’s significant other: Steve Taylor.

Lora was preceded in death by her parents and half-brother: Stephen.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019, from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the Rensselaer VFW.
