Lynn A. Barker

44 year old, Lynn A. Barker, of Wheatfield, passed away March 7, 2022 at her home with her loving family around her.

On January 12, 1978, Lynn was born to Dale and Rita (Schuljak) Klingaman, in Crown Point, Indiana. She graduated from Lowell High School, class of 1996. Lynn and Scott ran into each other by chance on September 1, 2001, and have been inseparable ever since, they were married on July 17, 2009. She worked as a Commercial Manager at Auto Zone in DeMotte. Lynn took the most pride in being a wife and mother to her boys.

Lynn is survived by her loving family: husband: Scott, sons: Layne and Hayden, father: Dale Klingaman, grandmother: Janice Klingaman, and siblings: Walter (Patom) Klingaman, Maria (Seth) Leitner, Evan (Destiny) Klingaman, Maxwell Klingaman, and Neal Klingaman, mother/father-in-law: Jim and Linda Bourrell, sister-in-laws: Nicole (Chris) Downey and Jill (Shane) Crowley, best friend and second mother: Lisa Pruett, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews.

Lynn was preceded in death by her mother: Rita.

Per Lynn’s wishes cremation will take place.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2022, at the Schnieder Community Center, 24000 Parrish Ave., Schnieder, Indiana 46375.

Lynn touched many lives and the family welcomes all to join them.

In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to be made to the family for her sons.
