Michael R. Carter

62 year old, Michael R. Carter, of DeMotte, passed away November 21, 2025.

On January 18, 1963, in Hammond, Indiana, Michael was born to Howard and Lula Belle (Losh) Carter. Michael graduated from Kankakee Valley High School. He was a factory worker. Michael enjoyed watching NASCAR, and playing computer games.

Michael is survived by his children: Andrew Carter, Raeanna Carter, Catherine Carter, three grandchildren: Myles Carter, Kevin Blanchard, Meyla Boose, siblings: Mary Northcutt, Richard Carter, and Tim (Debbie) Carter.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, and brother: Dean Carter.

A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
