Michelle Lewis

Ms. Michelle A Lewis, 26, of Wheatfield, formerly on Satellite Beach Florida, passed away at 6:00 AM, Sunday, September 17th, 2006 in a auto accident.

Ms. Lewis was born in Melbourne, Florida on June 19, 1980, the daughter of Robert Lewis, and Nancy (Armistead) Earl Dixon.

She was a student at Davenport College in Merrillville.

She is survived by her loving Fiancé Robert Hensley, her parents,1 son Kyle, 1 daughter Starr 2 brothers Michael and Randy, Grandmother Patricia Armistead

Michelle will be deeply missed as she was loved by everyone and was a wonderful loving mother.

Memorial Service will be held at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, IN, at 12:45 pm on Saturday, September 23rd, 2006.  Friends are invited to visit with the family on Saturday September 23, 2006 from 11:00 am until time of service

Interment will be at 3:00 p.m. in the Elmwood Cemetery Hammond, IN.
