Myrtle Call

87 year old, Myrtle Call, of DeMotte/Roselawn, passed away March 24, 2008. On September 1, 1920, she was born to the late John and Christine (nee: Uhtler) Worley in Lowell, Indiana. She was a lifetime resident of the DeMotte area and worked at Permanite as a machine operator for over 20 years.

She is survived by her children: Raymond Call, Ronald (Rosie) Call, Gary (Marilyn) Call, Larry Call, Sue (Mel) Robinson, Steve (Lois) Call, and Sherry Cunningham. Myrtle had 31 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son, 1 granddaughter, 4 brothers, and 7 sisters.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:00 until 7:00 PM on Friday, March 28, 2008, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield. Services will take place at the funeral home at 7:00 PM on Friday, March 28, 2008 with Rev. Gann officiating. Per Myrtle’s wishes cremation will follow the services.
