Nancy M. Bullard

83 year old, Nancy M. Bullard, of DeMotte, passed away November 20, 2021.

Nancy was born on July 13, 1938, to Albert and Shirley (Rexrode) Hoover, in Brandywine, West Virginia. She graduated from Franklin High School, West Virginia. She enjoyed being a homemaker, and loved being ‘Mom’.

Nancy is survived by her family, sons: Don (Connie) Joseph and Deryel (Shelly) Bullard, 2 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild, and 2 brothers: Woody (Libby) Hoover, and Dallas Hoover.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband: Deryel W. ‘DW’ Bullard, and brother: Bobby Hoover.

Per Nancy’s wishes cremation will take place.
