Nancy La Nier

76 year old, Nancy M. La Nier, of DeMotte, passed away on December 10, 2025, at home with her loving family around her.

On April 5, 1949, Nancy was born to Marvin Pickins and Helen (Meissner) Cook in Hammond, Indiana. She spent 58 years married to the love of her life, Eugene La Nier. Nancy worked for 30 years as a sales representative for Avon. She enjoyed arts and crafts, cooking, canning, and her greatest joy in life was keeping her husband on his toes.

Nancy is survived by her loving husband: Eugene, children: Andrea La Nier, Angelique La Nier, 2 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, and her infant granddaughter: Kristina Grace Brachle.

Per Nancy’s wishes cremation will take place.
