Naomi A Pickens

69 year old, Naomi A. Pickens, of Wheatfield passed away January 10, 2020.

On April 5, 1950, Naomi was born to Charles ‘Marvin’ and Darlena (Withrow) Kinder in Marting, Fayette County, West Virginia.

Naomi married the love of her life, Sterling M. ‘Bud’ Pickens on March 3, 1966, in Deep Water, West Virginia. Naomi liked to crochet.

Naomi is survived by her loving family: husband: Sterling ‘Bud’, and son: Sterling ‘Lee’ (Kim) Pickens, siblings: Joanna Thompson, Fredrick (Sheryl) Kinder, Jullianna Kinder, Joseph (Sandy) Kinder.

Naomi was preceded in death by her parents, and brother: David.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Naomi will take place at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, with Pastor Kenny Patrick officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
