Nicole M. Forsythe

20 year old, Nicole M. Forsythe formerly of Wheatfield passed away April 30, 2011.

On January 1, 1991 Nicole was born to Ronald Forsythe and Pamela (Whited) Krintz. Nicole attended North White schools and enjoyed being a waitress.

Nicole is survived by: her mother: Pamela (Wes) Krintz, father: Ronald Forsythe & Tiffany Michon, brothers & sisters: Colton Carty, Brandy, Harley, & Chevy Forsythe, and Abby & Brittany Krintz, grandmother: Lauda Whited and grandfather: Fred (Sherri) Whited.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services will take place on Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Kenny Patrick officiating. Interment will take place at the Wheatfield Cemetery.
