Patricia A. Hoffman

91 year old, Patricia A. Hoffman, of Wheatfield, passed away March 11, 2018.

On April 26, 1926, Patricia was born in Chicago, Illinois, to John & Frances (Bongart) Conlin. Pat attended Fair Oaks Schools, and was a member of the Virgie Christian Church. She worked at Fendig Drug Store and St. Joe College. Pat was a lifetime area resident. She married Albert J. Hoffman in DeMotte, Indiana on August 30, 1945. They celebrated 72 years together.

Pat is survived by her loving family: children: Bruce (Alice) Hoffman, Mary (Michael) Payne, Jim (Julie) Hoffman, Norma (Harv) Kamminga, Ginny (Steve) Reames, Helen Kroll & Stan Pytel, 18 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, sister: Jane Martin.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband: Albert (who preceded her on February 14th, 2018), brother: Jack Conlin, and brother-in-law: Jerome Martin.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Pat will take place on Wednesday evening, at the funeral home, at 6:30 p.m. with Pastor Derald Ailes officiating. Interment will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the Fair Oaks Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Virgie Christian Church.
