Pedro Contreras

75 year old, Pedro G Contreras, of DeMotte, passed away January 2, 2021 at Aperion Care.

On December 11, 1945, Pedro was born in Rosario, Mexico, to Fidencio and Magdalena (Farcia) Contreras. Pedro was a mathematics teacher. He married Maria Bustos, in Los Angeles, California. He attended St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church in DeMotte. After retirement, Pedro drove bus for Head Start.

Pedro is survived by his wife: Maria, daughter: Shirley Hernandex-Schumacher, 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild, and siblings: Helen, Pepe, and Lupia.

Pedro was preceded in death by his parents and brother Eddie.

Per Pedro’s wishes cremation will take place.
