Richard Clemans

75 year old, Richard R. Clemans, of Leesburg, formerly of Wheatfield, passed away March 21, 2006.  On September 12, 1930, Richard was born to Charles and Ethel (nee: Watson) Clemans.  On May 16, 1950, he married Bertha Bailey in Winamac.  Richard was a factory welder and a truck driver for Skyline.  He retired at the age of 62.

Surviving along with his wife, Bertha, are their children, Mary (Jimmy) Wireman, Patty (Jerald) Stone, Joann Clemans, Charles J. Clemans, Denny (Sue) Clemans, Steven Clemans, and James Clemans, 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters, Delores Clemans and Evelyn Clemans, and 1 brother, George Clemans.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters, 6 brothers, and 1 grandson.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday, March 23, 2006, from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M.  (CST) at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana.  Services for Richard will be held at the Boersma Funeral Home at 10:00 A.M. (CST) on Thursday, March 24, 2006 at the funeral home with Rev. Eveston Risner officiating.  Interment will be at the DeMotte Cemetery.
