On August 4, 1988, Roy was born to Roy and Tamara (nee: Miller) Clemans in Knox, Indiana. Roy worked as a roofer.

Roy is survived by his son: Bryce E. Carol, mother: Tamara Miller, girlfriend: Brittney Marsh, siblings: Stephanie Miller & Jamie Elkins, Starlene (Atef) Oueslati, Sherry Clemans & Dale Chessor, Serena Clemons, grandparents: James & Paula Miller, 5 nephews and 5 nieces.

Roy is preceded in death by his father: Roy Clemans, brother: Bobby Clemans, uncle: Bobby Clemans and cousin: Junior Wireman.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday, August 20, 2010 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm CST at the Goodway Baptist Church. Services for Roy will take place on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 1:00 pm (CST) at the church with Rev. James Rowe officiating. Interment will take place at the Goodway Baptist Church Cemetery.
