Sandra Bonner

77 year old, Sandra Bonner, of Wheatfield, passed away August 19, 2021.

Sandra was born on December 15, 1943, in Chicago, Illinois, to Edward and Margaret (Schroeder) Thompson. She married the love of her life, Charles Bonner, on April 24, 1961, in Gulconda, Illinois. Sandra loved being a lunch room aid at Wheatfield Elementary School. She also enjoyed being a housewife. She loved to play bingo, go to the boats, and scratch lottery scratch-offs.

Sandra is survived by her daughters: Jeri (Jim) Evans, Teri Bonner, Tammy Gray (fiance’: John Steele), 9 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Sandra was preceded in death by her: husband: Charles Bonner, brother: Edward ‘Butch’ Jr., and her parents: Edward Sr., & Margaret.

Per Sandra’s wishes cremation will take place with a private burial at the Wheatfield Cemetery.
