Steven James Prentice

40 year old, Steven James Prentice, of Wheatfield, passed away May 5, 2022, as a result of an auto accident.

Steven was born on January 2, 1982, in Dallas, Texas, to Clettus Lee Prentice and Georgia Anne (O’Dor) Jenkins. Steven was a tattoo artist who owned his own business in DeMotte. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and fishing.

Steven is survived by his family: mother: Georgia, twin sons: Brady and Gavin Prentice, siblings: Kevin (Cheryl) Castaldo, Brian Welsh, Shannon (Clinton) Pioth, Brandon (Ashley) Prentice, and special friend: Steffani Shelby.

Steven was preceded in death by his father: Clettus Prentice.

Per Steven’s wishes cremation will take place.

Celebration of Life will take on Sunday, June 12, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield. Services for Steven will take place at the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Autism Society.
