Thomas J Cook

78 year old, Thomas J Cook, of Wheatfield, passed away on May 20, 2025, at home with his family around him.

On July 13, 1946, Thomas was born to Alvin and Betty (Thorp) Cook, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Thomas married the love of his life, Brenda Evans, on September 13, 1967. He worked as an engineer at EJ&E Railroad. Thomas enjoyed fishing, scratch offs, watching old Westerns, and Ohio State University football. His greatest joy in life was being with his grandchildren.

Thomas is survived by his children: Chris Cook, Philip (Lisa) Cook, Tommie (Tony) Ott, 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and siblings: Linda Fischer, Dorothy Sanders, Keith Cook, Denny Cook, and Mike Cook.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, wife: Brenda, brother: Al Cook, and daughter-in-law: Debbie Cook.

Per Thomas’s wishes cremation will take place.
