Timothy M Burger

68 year old, Timothy M. Burger, of Wheatfield, passed away May 24, 2026, at his home with his loving family around him.

On December 9, 1957, in Valparaiso, Indiana, Tim was born to Les and Mary (Stewart) Burger. Tim was a class of 1976 graduate from Kankakee Valley High School. He was a carpenter by trade. He enjoyed fishing & hunting, and Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He tried to garden when he had time. He especially enjoyed being with loyal friends.

Tim is survived by his loving family: daughters: Shannon (Brandon) Owens, Ashleigh (Don) Witt, 5 grandchildren: Zach, Olivia, Evan, Lexi, and Eli, sisters: Becky Krug, Patty (John) Grieger, and Ginny Burger.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law: Fred Krug.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.

Per Tim’s wishes cremation will take place.
