William Derflinger

87 year old, William Derflinger of San Pierre passed away August 18, 2015.

On December 26, 1927 in Indianapolis, Indiana William was born to John and Addie (Williams) Derflinger. William served in the U.S. Army and married the love of his life: Alice Lynch. He was a heavy equipment operator by trade.

William is survived by his children: John Derflinger, Peggy (Dave) Callahan, Billy Derflinger, Teresa Derflinger, James (Janet) Derflinger and Bridget Derflinger, and 5 grandchildren.

William was preceded in death by his wife: Alice, 3 sons: Dale, Joe, & Pat, 3 brothers, and 4 sisters.

Per William’s wishes cremation has taken place. Military Graveside Service on August 22, 2015 at 1:15 p.m. at St. Jacob Cemetery in North Judson.

Arrangements were handled at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana.
