Ruthie Elizabeth Myers

44 year old, Ruth Elizabeth ‘Ruthie’ Myers, of Wheatfield, passed away August 16, 2020 at her home.

On July 4, 1976, in Crown Point, Indiana, Ruthie was born to Richard Ralstin and Donna (Mitchell) Baggerly. Ruthie married Don Myers on August 28, 2016 at the Wheatfield American Legion Post #406. Ruthie worked at Myers Construction/Properties Management. Ruthie enjoyed competition pitching horse shoes. She enjoyed golfing, boating and fishing.

Ruthie is survived by her loving family, husband: Don, children: Haley Ralstin, Wyatt Sills, Clayton Myers, Justin (Richelle) Myers, Donny B. Myers, Jessica Myers, Megan (Shane) Myers-Sparger, 4 grandchildren: Tara, Leanna, Madison, & Jesse, parents; Richard Ralstin and Donna Baggerly, and grandmother: Ruth Mitchell, siblings: Eldon Ralstin, and Jo-ann (Eric) Rosllini and of course her special pup dog: Scrappy, the Jack Russell Terrier.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020 at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana. Services for Ruthie will take place at the funeral home at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, with Pastor Marvin Riddle officiating. Interment will follow at the Kankakee Township Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Riley’s Children’s Hospital or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
