Clemans, of Leesburg, formerly of Wheatfield, passed away March 21, 2006.  On September 12, 1930, Richard was born to Charles and Ethel (nee: Watson) Clemans.  On May 16, 1950, he married Bertha Bailey in Winamac.  Richard was a factory welder and a truck driver for Skyline.  He retired at the age of 62.
